Booking Policies
What to Expect When You Book
We want every event to go smoothly. These policies help us plan ahead and deliver our best for you.
Booking & Deposit
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
- Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before your event.
Last-Minute Orders
- Orders placed within 72 hours of the event are considered last-minute.
- Full payment is due immediately at the time of booking for last-minute orders.
- Last-minute availability is not guaranteed — please contact us to confirm.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future event.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text.
Equipment & Staffing
- Chafing dishes and serving equipment are available at an additional cost.
- On-site servers and attendants are available at an additional cost.
- Equipment and staffing needs must be requested at the time of booking.
